• Allvest bears no fiduciary, legal, or financial liability for losses, damages, delays, or unrealized returns
• Transactions must be conducted only through SEBI-authorized and legally compliant platforms
• You are responsible for tax disclosures, liabilities, and compliance

All content, information, tools, trademarks, and visuals provided on the Allvest platform are proprietary to Allvest or its licensors. You agree that:

• Content is provided for informational purposes only
• You not reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute platform content without prior written approval
• Breach of this clause may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities

Allvest will not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access, hacking, or password compromise

All interactions with the Allvest platform shall be governed by the laws of India Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Foreign nationals and NRIs must verify their eligibility under local laws prior to accessing or investing via Allvest. We assume no responsibility for their compliance.
